This is Amilyn Punay, from the village of Disigisaw.   Because her mother had died and her father lives elsewhere, she is growing up in the Dipontian village.  Here, she is pictured with one of the Agta girls who has become like a younger sister.

Angel Tomay is excited to start 7th grade. She lives in Dipontian where she has attended elementary school.  Now, she joins our program so that she can continue her education and hopes to continue through college.

This is Kendi.  She is from the village of Dumagipo and so will be living in the dormitory we are trying to build in Dipontian.  Her parents have been close friends of my family over the years. They love Jesus so much.

This is Jinki.  She is from the village of Dumagipo, where she went to elementary school.  Now she will be living in the dormitory that we are hoping to build in Dipontian for the Agta students from other villages.  She says she wants to be a teacher so that she can help other Agta children.

Immanuel Aduanan

Immanuel Aduanan is starting 7th grade. He lives in the village of Dipontian with his mother and brothers.  His father, was like a brother to me as I grew up, but passed away 6 years ago.  Immanuel's grandfather, Didog was one of the first believers.  He worked for years with my parents to get the New Testament translated into Agta.

Christine Joy Moral

This is Christine Joy Moral.  She lives in Dipontian with her family.  Her grandfather Teming was a friend of mine but was suddenly shot dead while eating dinner in his home one evening about 4 years back.  The mystery of who shot him and why, is still unknown.  In spite of the pain of this tragedy, the family is not giving up hope, and Christine plans to go to continue in school so she can make a difference in the world some day.

This is Vincent Banayad with his mother, Bita, and his sister Geraldine.  He is from the village of Paraisu but will live in Dipontian with his relatives so that he can continue his education.  His mother Bita was one of the first students who my parents helped to go to school in 1970.
